Manufacturing Facilities

Grobest boasts exclusive feed additives development technologies and rigorous manufacturing process management. Our R&D units develop products, which are then manufactured in high volumes and distributed between all feed mills of our subsidiaries to be included as additives in Grobest Group’s feed products across the regions. Our R&D and manufacturing facilities comprise four systems:

Fermentation
System

Grobest owns fermentation equipment ranging from 5-liter tanks fitting small-scale laboratories, to 100-ton on-site liquid fermentation systems, reflecting the whole practical process from development to mass production. We perfect our development and production process of solid and liquid fermentation products through the utilization of our wide range of solid-state fermentation equipment.

Drying
System

To comply with stringent requirements of feed additives, Grobest utilizes vacuum freeze-drying technology, which ensures that products maintain their active properties and quality. To address varying requirements of different products, Grobest owns multiple types of dryers, such as airflow, fluid bed, spray drying and low temperature vacuum drying systems.

Concentration
System

The manufacturing process of Grobest’s liquid fermentation products uses a highly efficient in mass production and multifunctional low temperature vacuum concentration system. Applied in various products, it allows quickly attaining high concentration and stability.

Control
System

The control system for R&D and production has replaced manual operation with PLC interface, allowing automation and finetuning of fermentation, drying, concentration and other commercial systematic processes while also minimizing room for human error.
