2024 marks a defining milestone for Grobest Group — our 50th anniversary and the successful completion of a three-year corporate sustainability transformation. In the face of intensifying climate change and global economic headwinds, we have made meaningful strides in sustainable development while reaffirming our commitment to corporate responsibility.

  • Innovation in Aquaculture & Customer Support: Through the deployment of functional feed and AI-powered health diagnostics, Grobest has assisted aquaculture producers across Asia in navigating the growing challenges of climate change and disease outbreaks — delivering measurable improvements in productivity and resilience.
  • Employee Wellbeing & Safety Culture: In 2024, we launched more than 30 employee wellbeing initiatives, reinforcing our investment in talent development and embedding a comprehensive risk and safety culture across the organization.
  • Greenhouse Gas Reduction & Transparency: Since our first internal GHG Inventory in 2023, we have continued to optimize energy efficiency across our manufacturing operations, achieving tangible reductions in Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon emissions.
